Subject: This health class is available to patients, family and friends. Most of us understand the importance of dental hygiene. We brush our teeth everyday, have routine dental checkups, but most don't understand the importance of taking care of our spines. This class goes over chiropractic principles that are essential for good spinal and most importantly neurologic health. Dr. Roth, Dr. Syd, or Dr. Fogie will go over daily exercises and stretches along with common mistakes people make that unintentionally damage their spine. Also there will be a Spinal Care Workshop for Dr. Roth will occur every 3rd thursday of the month.
